Please note:

- I have the right to refuse any commission request without any explanation
- Under no circumstance is my art to be put through AI programs, doing so will result in permanent blacklisting- Please keep in mind that I do have a full-time job outside of artwork which can result in slower replies to messages and slower commission progress on occasion. I will always do my best to respond to messages and complete the commission in a timely manner. I will fully communicate with you about any issues that have come up in work progress. Please do not resort to constant pinging as this will not make me respond or work any faster and can potentially result in cancellation of your commission

Will Draw:

  • Furry anthro characters

  • Most mammalian species

  • Suggestive art

  • Clothing

  • Blood

Won’t Draw:

  • Species: primates, tv heads, protogens/primagens

  • Hateful artwork (racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc)

  • Drug use

  • Self-harm

  • Abusive situations

  • Fetish art

Lack Of Experience:

(I’m not against drawing these types of pieces, I just don’t have as much experience within them currently)

  • Species: dragons, sergals, reptiles, avians, elephants, sharks, insects, and amphibians

  • Scenery

  • Quadruped characters

  • Food

  • Gore + candy gore

  • Plants

  • NSFW (absolutely no animal based genitalia! must be humanoid or completely alien genitalia)

By commissioning me you agree to all the terms stated below!

Openings

- Ko-Fi openings for warm-up bust sketches and finished busts open every Friday to be completed by the end of the following week
- Monthly openings for general commissions are held the last 4 days of each month, with the work to be completed by the end of the following month
- Occasionally I will open for YCHs and various types of special commission openings (such as experimental artwork or artwork that’ll be turned into physical prints I will sell). There will typically be a post a few days in advance so that people who art interested in these types of slots will know to be on the lookout for the opening- If there are ever any changes in upcoming openings due to various circumstances, I will post a notice on all social platforms about what the resulting plan will be for the opening

Payments + Refunds

- Acceptance messages and invoices for general commission openings will be sent out by the 1st or 2nd of the month that was applied for
- Invoice must be paid within 48hrs of acceptance, failing to do so will result in cancellation of your slot
- I do not offer payment plans, must be paid in full upfront
- Full refunds are available until progress on your commission has started
- Once started the available refundable amount will depend on the amount of work already completed on the artwork before the refund/cancellation request. The situation will need to be discussed in private between me and the commissioner as the amount will greatly vary based on the size and progress done on the commission
- If at any point I have to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund

Turn Around Time

- Turn around times are based upon the assumption that the commissioner will respond to questions and work in progress images within a timely manner. If the commissioner fails to do so it will result in a delay of the completion of the artwork, which I will not be held responsible for
- Completion date is listed on your commission slots card found on my Trello board. This is the expected completion date for the artwork at the latest, but the piece can very well be completed before it reaches that date
- Upon slot acceptance the commissioner will be notified of the expected completion date for the piece, assuming they will communicate within reasonable timing

Communication

- I will reach out to you upon selection for your commission application and send the invoice your way once confirmed you would like the slot
- I will notify you as your commission progresses in its stages
- I will reach out with any questions I have in regard to your commission
- You may reach out to me at any point once your slot has been accepted and confirmed by you, in regard to any questions or concerns you have, as well as any notes or comments you forgot to mention on the form when filling it out

Artist Rights

I have the right to:
- Share/post the artwork on any of my social platforms and websites
- Livestream while working on your commission
- Use the artwork to advertise myself for commission openings and growing my platform
- When advertised as the purpose of the commission opening: I can Make the artwork into prints/stickers/etc to be sold at my shop. I will never turn your completed commission into merch without your knowledge beforehand

Customer Permissions

As the customer you have permission to:
- Share/post/use the artwork on any of your social platforms, as long as I am directly tagged, or properly credited when it’s not a platform I use
- Make into prints/stickers/etc for personal use only, you may not sell my artwork for profit
